What is business litigation, and how does it differ from other types of legal disputes?

Business litigation refers to legal disputes dealing with commercial and business relationships. Cases of this kind usually involve conflicts between companies, partners, shareholders, employees, or other entities engaged in business activities.

Business litigation is unique and far reaching because of its specified focus on commercial interests, contracts, and financial matters. These disputes are often resolved through negotiation, arbitration, or court proceedings.

Business litigation is a branch of law that involves resolving disputes between different businesses/companies. Business litigation differs from other types of legal disputes in the sense that it focuses specifically on issues with businesses, whereas other types of legal disputes can cover a broader range of conflicts that are not specific to businesses.
